Description
EPDM is a copolymer of ethylene and propylene, combined with a third comonomer adiene. EPDM has gained wide seal industry acceptance for its excellent ozone, weathering, and chemical resistance characteristics. It is recommended for outdoor weather resistant uses. It is particularly useful when sealing phosphate-ester hydraulic fluids and in automotive brake systems that use fluids having a glycol base.
